1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Olefici Moa website (oleficimoa.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Olefici Moa provides public speaking training courses, workshops, and related educational services both in-person and online. Our services include:

• Public speaking courses and workshops
• Private coaching sessions

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent. By using our services, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Update your information as needed
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Course Enrollment and Payment

5.1 Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses with appropriate notice and offer alternatives or refunds.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged
• Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes
• We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods
• Failed payments may result in course access suspension

5.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund if canceled 7+ days before course start date
• 50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before course start date
• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of course start
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
• Medical emergencies may be considered for exceptions

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful and professional behavior. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
• Disrupting classes or other participants
• Recording sessions without explicit permission
• Sharing course materials without authorization
• Using services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Violation may result in removal from courses without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All course materials, content, and resources are our intellectual property or licensed content. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify our materials
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Reverse engineer any technology we use

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or share during courses, but grant us a limited license to use it for educational and promotional purposes with your consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Technology Requirements

For online courses, you are responsible for:

• Reliable internet connection
• Compatible devices and software
• Basic technical troubleshooting
• Backup plans for technical issues

Technical difficulties on your end do not qualify for refunds.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Educational Nature

Our courses are educational and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, practice, and application of learned skills.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olefici Moa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

12. Termination

We may terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
